Refund policy
At The Tennis Palette, each artwork is carefully produced and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our artworks, we only accept returns and refunds for items that arrive damaged as a result of shipping or are received with visible defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@thetennispalette.com with:
Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Clear photos of the damaged item
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Minor variations in color or texture due to screen settings or handcrafted processes
Limited edition or custom-made artworks
Sale items or gift cards
Return Conditions
Approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging whenever possible. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
